My items sold through Vendio Stores are not having shipping correctly applied.

This is the third time I am addressing this problem.
Your customer service stinks.

If you cannot fix this problem let me know and I will close my Vendio Store immediately.

I am losing both time and money dealing with this.

Hello Davebraun,

The behavior that you encounter is caused by a preference in your PayPal account: "Click here to allow transaction-based shipping values to override the profile shipping settings listed above (if profile settings are enabled)."

Please make sure this preference is checked. Otherwise, shipping costs computed at Vendio are ignored by PayPal.
