There appears to be a problem with the final value fee that your system is charging for items that you accept offers on.

Offer accepted for $15
Vendio fee charged was .30 cents

Vendio fee charged was .25 cents
Appears that when I accept an offer on an item and it sells, Vendio is charging me the fee on the original list amount and not the actual amount that the item sells for.
I have not went through all of my invoices, have 3 accounts with you but I am willing to bet that this is happening every time.
This could be, as we do not currently support Best Offer features at eBay. If you edit the listing after it goes live to add this feature, the Vendio system only knows that the item sold for the listed fixed price.
You would qualify for refunds for those, please feel free to contact the billing department in those cases at [email protected].
