I have a bunch of items that were purchased by a now NARU buyer on ebay. I started the UPI a week or so ago (through Vendio), then I checked my ebay account and saw that I was immediately refunded my FVF. So there is no problem there. However, I have just gotten around to 'updating' the UPI on Vendio so that I can relist these items. When I did, each item came back with:

>>>The Update Dispute failed to be submitted at the auction site.

>>>>The explanation given for the error was:
The action is not currently applicable for this dispute. Please check your action id and try again.

>>>>Please try resending the Update Dispute for this listing.

I tried resending the UPI and it came back with the same error message. I am assuming it is because I was immediately refunded my FVF from ebay because they were/are NARU. What I want is my Vendio account to recognize this so that I can relist these items- but with this error message that keeps coming back it appears that Vendio doesn't recognize that these items are now available to relist.

Incase it has any importance, these items all ended on May 15th. This still shouldn't matter though as I did the UPI under 30 days of the sales date. That doesn't seem to be a factor in Vendio 'releasing' these items from the buyer, right?

Where do I go from here?

Hello Paula,

Have you tried relisting the item through Vendio? Did you receive an error message when you tried to relist the item? Also, please let me know the listing number you are having trouble with.

Regards,
Nathan

(Wow Nathan, that was fast!)

No, I did not try relisting it through Vendio yet. I thought I remembered the last time I filed a UPI through Vendio that a few days later I went back and 'updated' it, received my FVF refund, then the UPI Vendio program took me right into a 'do you want to relist this item' option. I just assumed that I could not relist it until it went through that process.

There are 15 total items from this NARU buyer that I need to relist. One item number is: 7410214461

Thanks for getting back to me so quick!

regards,
Paula

Hello,

You shouldn't need to complete this process in order to relist the item. Especially if eBay has already refunded your final value fees. Please try relisting the item, and let me know if you have any trouble with this.

Regards,
Nathan

I just relisted the one ebay item mentioned above. It relisted as a 'copy' and said that I had to change the quantity as I was showing 0 available for sale. So it actually didn't relist this item, but made a copy of it. I am just going to have to archive those unpaid items in my post sale to get them out of the way.

Is this what it should be doing? and is there any other way to get the buyer off those items? Just curious... doing it as I just did is fine but I thought there was a way to check off that the item was not paid for and the buyer was removed as the winning bidder, then I just relist that item.

Thanks,
Paula
