For the first time, I put an item listed by a seller who uses Vendio on "Vendio watch". I was very surprised to see it appear in the midst of my Post-Sale item list and found it confusing.
So I wanted to remove it. Since there is no "delete" option for Post-sale, I checked the item & selected "Archive". The message on the confirm page stated that since it was a watched item, it would be deleted rather than archived. So far, so good (though still very confusing).
But today I looked at my archive, and the item is there! Again, there is no "delete" option.
So HOW DO I GET RID OF THE WATCHED ITEM?????
thanks
P.S. Not sure what value-added there is to Vendio's "watched item" feature over Ebay's. Vendio's seems like an after-thought and very confusing the way it works today. Please revise thiis feature so they are not mixed with my post-sale items!

hello B.A.,
Can you provide us with the auction ID of the item in question? Your tracked items should not be showing up in your postsale, much less the archive area of your account.
If your "restore from archive" goes back to 2004, you must have auto-archive turned off. You can turn this on at any time under My Account -> Global Preferences. This will automatically archive (permanently) anything in your "restore from archive" section.
You can see your permanently archived items by downloading them into a csv file.
Best regards,
Diana
