Hi,
I just opened new eBay and Vendio accounts to sell new line of products. As a new seller I cannot list my auctions in Store or "Buy it Now" formats.
In my other life I'm Platinum Powerseller and my eBay account manager unblocked all restrictions on the new account.
I still cannot list. Is Vendio blocking my auctions because less than 10 feedback status?
Are you sure that this restriction was removed from your new eBay account? Normally eBay would block the new account from listing in the Buy It Now format per their rules. Are you a verified seller?
Please try creating a listing directly through eBay with a Buy It Now and let us know if you are able to do this without error. It is possible that there was a problem with your new eBay account being unblocked for all restrictions. It is also possible that because of your unusual situation (not meeting the eBay criteria to list a Buy It Now, but being allowed to list a Buy It Now by eBay nonetheless) you are receiving a Vendio error when you should not be. If you are able to list a Buy It Now directly through eBay and continue to get this error on Vendio, then we may need to have our engineers take a look.

I was able to list in the eBay Store format without any problems.

Could you please forward it to the technical department and possibly ask them to unblock my account by hand? I need to list large number of items into the Store as I do not want to pay for the auction format.
I was able to see an error when previewing an auction with a Buy It Now through your Vendio account. Were you able to list an auction style Buy It Now through your eBay account?
Have you tried listing an eBay Store listing through your Vendio account? Please try this if you haven't already, and leave the error in the errors section of your account. It is possible that eBay removed the restriction to allow you to list to your eBay Store, but did not remove the block to allow you to list a Buy It Now auction.
I see the eBay storefront items that you have launched, one from Vendio and the other outside of Vendio.
I didn't however see the auction you listed with the Buy It Now option. Are you still unable to submit your Buy It Now item from Vendio, where you were able to do so from eBay?
If so, which listing was the one you did from eBay with the Buy It Now option on it?

Thank you for noticing it. It appears that you are correct and eBay disregarded the Buy it Now option.
I have listed #260037567239 from Vendio as auction with Buy it Now option and I have not received any errors. But looking at the auction, it does not have Buy it Now.
I have tried to revise this auction from within eBay and I do not have Buy it Now option available at all.
Actually, Store option is more important and I can wait with Buy it Now until my feedback improves.
