How the heck can i delete a Marketplace listing?
I've listed about 30 items so far under my new merchant account subscription. The cover of one of the books I listed got damaged and I want to delete the listing for this book.
No matter what I do on my seller account page showing the listings, there doesn't seem to be any way to delete this book. There's a button at the bottom that says Remove Selected but there's no way to select the listing. So is it up there forever??
I emailed Amazon customer service yesterday asking for help but have received no answer yet. For $40 a month I'm not too impressed so far.
If anyone knows the answer I would truly appreciate the help, thanks

enchanted--
Go to your seller account page with all your open listings. Scroll down to the item you want to cancel. There will be an edit button below the title. Click on it. Once the screen with the lisitng comes up, look under option 2--keep your item in zShops. directly under that heading is a button that says "Close this zShop Listing Now."

Thanks Murph - I found a link this time on the Edit Page. But, on my listing page it was a button in the upper left hand corner of the item detail page, outlined in blue, that says Close This Listing Now. The button is right above the Item Information colored bar at the top of the page.
