We have an AMAZON storefont (ZSHOP). We're quite happy with the results however during the last three months, the storefront has not been updating.
The same images on the featured page have been there for over two months, and one of them has sold almost two weeks ago.
I've called AMAZON, written emails. The emails have gone unanswered and the phone calls always have the same result; "we're aware of the problem sir, and they ARE working on it".
How long does it take to fix? It's been a while (three months).
Does anyone else have similar problems with AMAZON?

Yep, I've had the same problems. E-mails eventually get replied to with "it sometimes takes a while for storefont items to update, as many as 7 days sometimes". Eventually things have updated - but it's sometimes taken a good two weeks before they do.
