When a site undergoes major upgrades, you really are taking a big time chance using it until the dust settles. I've recommended on AW that people stay off esnipe for critical auctions until October.

Another unhappy camper here!
The other evening I put several auctions into E-snipe. Missed the end of auction on a 10 second snipe, and I cannot even tell you what happened to the rest because they've wiped out all their history files! I just know that there's no record of any bids on eBay!
