last week was a wild ride. my husband had been in the e.r. three times in four days, with two of those visits resulting in hospitalization for an irregular and racing heart. i was trying to keep the house running, quell the kids' fear, along with keeping up at my regular job. i had about half a dozen ebay purchases to send out and was trying to keep on top of everything. i sent a widget to a buyer, but accidently put someone else's widget in the same mailing. the buyer notified me by e-mail and offered to send said widget to the correct buyer if i'd forward the address. i checked first with correct buyer and that was fine with her.
i know we tend to get caught up complaining about our nightmare transactions, so i wanted to help us remember that there are some top notch people out there. btw, i wrote a thank you note and included money to cover her expenses and a little bit more to buy a cappuccino for herself. three cheers for a considerate and honest folks! hip . . . hip . . .

I think the buyers and sellers on ebay are great. Being disabled people have been so considerate when I could not meansure something for a day or two. If I was down with pain and package went out late. I try not to let things pile up and only list what I can handle. I love to hear the good ebay stories....Hope your husband is better

I agree that we so often hear about the baddies on either side of transactions, that we often forget to recognize our GOOD transaction partners. Thanks for sharing with us and reminding us to be grateful for the good contacts we make on Ebay!!
