It's too soon to panic. Those packages have only been on the road for 5 business days, I'll bet they show up at their destinations today or tomorrow at the very latest. Using Priority doesn't guarentee delivery within 3 days. The Holiday probably slowed them day as well.
I wouldn't panic until next Monday at the earliest. Hope you have patient mature buyers.

I have had Priority packages take 6 days. You also need to tell your buyers to double check with their post office before contacting a seller. USPS is notorious for not leaving notices that they attempted delivery--especially with summer help. I had a priority package sitting a week in our apartment complex rental office--no notice.

Well you all are making me feel a lot better. So far the buyers have all been nice about it so i can't complain there.
I have a pair of little girls shoes going to australia. They are wanting to pay with billpoint so i am trying to figure it up on the postal site without having to go to the post office.
I didn't put delivery confirmation on the packages but i guess i should start using it shouldn't i????

Same here! I've had problems with book rate in the past...but a Priority package? It should have gotten across country by the 2nd, but the buyer emailed me on the 6th that it will wasn't there...

That 35 cents for Delivery Confirmation is a bargain. In most cases, it's better than insurance. 1) you can prove to the buyer you sent it 2) you can usually track progress if it's going some distance because it usually gets scanned somewhere on the way 3) I have never had a package with DC get lost. I think because it's tracked, they can tell which PO screwed up, so they take extra care. 4) if your buyer pays with CC or paypal, it's proof to the company that you shipped it.

Does Australia offer the Delivery Confirmation? I did not know that! If so, good to know. I might add Australia to my list of Foreign countries...
Holiday probably did slow down mail, particularly if you have "several" packages not arrive, as you state. It would be unusual that all of them should be lost...
