I've been using Invenna Auction Amigo at http://www.invenna.com--some regulars here steered me toward that program. It is a free download. You have to right click on each auction, but it takes the data from ebay & fills in the pertinent info on your emails & sends them off.
I used to cut and paste my EOA notice, but then I had to get the email addys myself & type in the item # & title & ending bid. Much faster now!!

I'm pretty sure that AuctionWatch's Post Sale Management Tools do that for you. I just got one from an AuctionWatch member and I clicked on the link in the email, went to AuctionWatch and filled in the information and sent back to the seller how I was paying and address. Creates a handy invoice for keeping track.

AuctionGator.com offers this exact service along with some other services. It can be setup to send in either HTML or TEXT format so it is perfect for text pagers.
Sample emails configs include:
Email my pager with the price, #bids, etc. when item #12399121 exceeds $40
Send me an email when item #12311131 has only 2 hours left
Send me an email when item #13132221 has only 2 hours left only if the price is still below $95.
Email my pager every time a bid is placed on items I am selling.
Search for "nikon fe2" every 8 hours and email me a list of all new auctions that match.
For more information, go to http://www.auctiongator.com.

No problem getting to http://www.invenna.com/ (Amigo). It would seem, however, that they might start charging in the future? After the recent fiasco with another site, I would prefer to see the fees stated upfront...
And cannot display the AuctionGator site...

Even though I have auto notices sent I always send a personal EOA any howand I think most do.
the auto end notice is to Impersonal this online auctions are personal sales, and the only assurance a buyer has is your foto and one on one contact to judge each other on.
I use rover to send out auto Eoas followed by a personal one I write myself.
