Ok, I was mad for awhile when they didn't let me call my Post Office directly--routed all calls to an 800 telephone number (1-800-ASK-USPS). Then I was miffed when every other time I called I got the wrong information or they couldn't answer my question at all. But hey, at least it was 24 hours & I was talking to a human being, right? HAVE YOU TRIED CALLING LATELY? THEY'VE CHOPPED OFF SEVEN HOURS! NO MORE 24 HOURS! Yeah, like nobody has shipping questions in the wee hours of the night...AND THESE GUYS WANT TO RAISE THE COST OF POSTAGE AGAIN TO "MAINTAIN" SERVICE??
