does anyone know what percentage of auctions actually sell on eBay? I can't find it.

Dont know, but I CAN tell you this. I had some auctions on YAHOO forever!!! Relisted them 10 days, three times each! A whopping 2% of those auctions have sold, the rest have no bids, and very VERY low "looker" counts. I also listed some auctions on EBAY...same type (craft and painting books) About 75% have already sold, have bids on them, or have high "looker" counts. I can say yes, EBAY auctions are successful for the most part. You will ALWAYS sooner or later have something that does not sell. I have items that I have listed two or three or four times, and the fifth time, it finally sells! I would like to know why things go so well on EBAY, but not on YAHOO? One thing I HAVE noticed on YAHOO is the prices on some things are OUTTA SIGHT!! I almost laugh outloud at someone who thinks they can get $250.00 on a 1998 Holiday Barbie that are a dime a dozen on EBAY. (This is an exxageration, a little, for an example.)
