I responded immediatly with so sorry for our problems, get better soon....yes I take PayPal, and nothing for 2 days...(must be a slow connection)
9-30-00 I file NPB and get this reply...
My dad got a notice from ebay - stating you had not received payment. I
wrote you the other day to say that he had fallen and broken his arm. I went
and did his banking for him on Friday and will send payment via paypal on
monday the second. He is not doing too well, the swelling is terrible. I
will sit with him on monday nite and have him show me how to use paypal.
Thanks, XXX, (XXXXX'X Son)
I decide to go and take a look to see if the father, with the broken arm, is able to be doing any bidding lately since the broken arm seems to be quite a problem. I find the person has bid on 8 other auctions as late as yesterday all large sized womens clothing....hmmmmm what do you think?

well I make this of it he is a big man with a son a broken arm and a fetish.
I would at least give them a netural for his paying habits and a positive on his acting ability.
I find that the people I give extra time to pay by request usually if they dont pay in two weeks lose interest and deadbeat on me .
then you could right him again being more direct and ask if he can juggle a postive reply to this might help you to be sure at best hes fakeing the broken arm hahaha .
