This is driving me crazy. I've tried dozens and dozens of times to update an item I have listed on eBay which doesn't yet have any bids. I go to the change screen, fill out the information, click the "Verify" button and get... an error page! Over and over again!!
But that's using Internet Explorer. With AOL I get the verification screen with the new information, but... it has messed-up formatting at the end and no "Submit" button. ARGGGGGHHHHHH!!
Has anyone else encountered this problem, or is it just my own little personal nightmare?
Edited to add that I can't use Netscape because it has a problem with freezing up randomly. Sigh.

A very common problem that Auction Watch will not address. Watch this thread and it is guranteed a moderator or any one else will answer. If they do they will say ebay problem. Not true. I can never and I mean never revise or relist an Auction watch auction without problems every single time without fail.

If you keep trying, after 7 or 8 times I can usually get the revision through. I just keep hitting the back key and then try again. It has to have something to do with the templates because I do not have the problem with auctions I list directly through Ebay, with Mr. Lister or with another service I sometimes use if AW is having trouble.
I also have better luck when I use AW but do not use a template.

I had the same problem Sunday. After the 3rd time when I got the error message, I went in and looked at the item again, the revision was there. Go figure!!
