I can't get into eBay to list. Is anyone else having this trouble? Using Auction Assistant- selling page doesn't come up.

I'm having all kinds of problems. System was very slow responding, and now I'm getting no response at all. At one point, eBay told me it was processing my request to leave feedback when I was trying to list an item!!!

Specific msg:

No problem for me tonight. I listed 153 auctions using AAPro.
I listed them automatically and they went in at about 20 second intervals.
But this was about two hours ago.

can't list on Ebay either.
I'm getting a "socket is not connected" message. I usually get that message when I'm trying to shop Ebay at 4:00 a.m. Friday morning, when they're down for scheduled maintenance. How annoying to get that message on Sunday evening when net traffic is at its peak....
Oh well, off to Yahoo to list. Good thing there are alternatives.

I just got the same wierd message when I went to verlfy my auction-the one about them processing my Feedback Forum request. And, they were charging me $3.00 to list a $19.99 starting item with a $50.00 reserve...isn't that too much in fees????

From the announcements board.
***** SYSTEM STATUS *****
Some members are experiencing intermittent slowness and may receive
error messages while accessing areas of the site. Most notable is the
slowness of "Sell Your Item".
We are working to address the issues as quickly and as safely as
possible. We will keep you updated, as more information becomes
available.

Still can't list for well over an hour. Dang!
Oldstuff, I think if you reduce your reserve to $49.99, the total fees will drop to $2.00.

Similar problem here, I couldn't get AW Auction Manager to list immediately, but when I scheduled it, it seemed to go ok....now I'll see if it launches.

You'd think these folks would have had so much practice by now they could run an auction site without going on overload. It's SERVER EXPANSION time again!!!

It's amazing how we eBay "addicts" keep supporting these cybergoons. An antique dealer recently told me eBay is the future of antique dealing. If you ask me, I could buy something tonight and it would be an antique before I could get it posted!!!

I listed a few items a couple of hours ago, but finally quit in disgust.
". It's SERVER EXPANSION time again!!!"
No, that would have a negative impact on the bottom line. Remember, ebay is now a public company and the stockholders must be fed, the sellers be damned. It's INCREASE THE FEES time again....

Eee gads! 23 auctions scheduled---NOT ONE LISTED! Oh no! Pesky servers....wish someone had a detour route to go around this internal or web-oriented error...it's been 2 hours now since they were scheduled to launch...have gotten 'kicked off' 6 times trying to fix this-good luck to all of you who are still trying!

It was one of those, "we're not down, just slow" evenings.
Two bidders emailed me and said they couldn't bid on my auctions because the confirming screens wouldn't load.
Another wasn't sure their bid went through and wanted me to check. I tried to check bid history on the item and it just presented a blank screen.
Imagine sales tonight will also be VERY slow, too.
