I hope this isn't a bad sign, but it's my first negative, shall we say, experience with Paypal.

Anyone else having this problem?

I logged on long enough to get a screen that wants you to upgrade and backed out without clicking one.

I then tried to go back in, but to no avail.

Well I finally got in. They must have had a server or software glitch, all seems fine now.
