Hey guys,

I just wanted to give everyone an update about a change that will be occurring at ExchangePath. We have read a lot of the postings where you have asked for better communication from companies, so we thought we would take your advice.

Effective October 25, 2000 ExchangePath will no longer offer a $10 enrollment bonus. Although this introductory program is ending, we will still maintain our referral bonus policy of $5 for each successfully referred member (up to $100).

We understand that some of you are using the bonus as an incentive on your auctions, thus we are providing you with this information, so no one is confused and disappointed when they go to sign up. We will also be providing information on our website and all future enrollment emails.

Click here to find out how you can still qualify for the enrollment bonus and to learn about our new Cancel Pending Payments function.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope this communication has been helpful.

Pam

Pam -

Thank you for letting us know ahead of time!

I do have a question though. I signed up a little while ago and even had someone send me money for a transaction - but I never received my bonus. Isn't that supposed to show up in my account after my first transaction? My first transaction was over a week ago.

Thanks!
Valerie

Valerie:

You are not alone in your question. However, you will not get an answer on that one. I have been trying to get that myself along with 4 or 5 bidders who signed up. I only got one referral bonus and that was it. Each and every email back from ExchangePath was trying to run me in circles.

With the PayPal fiasco, you would think anyone else trying to take their place would be more careful in how they conduct their business and follow what they promise.

Hi Valerie47,

In regards to your question about receiving the bonus for signing up, did you enter a valid credit or debit card before someone sent you a payment? The bonus is awarded when you sign-up with a valid credit or debit card and then make your first transaction.

If you have entered your credit or debit card information, and have still not received your bonus, you should contact Customer Service at [email protected] , and they will take care of it (remember to include your Username).

If you've already sent an email to Customer Service, send them another one saying that you have previously sent an email about this issue. They will get on it right away, I've given them a heads up on your situation.

Sorry for the confusion. Hope this helps.

Pam
