Had a buyer leave a neutral feedback entry saying the VHS tape I sold him was dubbed. I don't sell anything like bootlegs, homemade tapes etc. I only sell items manufactured by MCA, CBS etc.
Anyway, I email the guy and tell him this and he writes back saying he hasn't received my item yet, that the feedback was meant for another seller etc.
Well I'm furious at this point and tell him the first thing he needs to do is email ebay and try to get it retracted. Also told him to respond to my response wherein I explained I don't sell "dubbed tapes". He apparently did neither.
Anyway, I waited a couple of hours and received no response from him. I then entered negative feedback on him and he responded to that saying "Seller misrepresented the facts, unsure of himself, immature".
Interesting that he did nothing until I entered negative feedback and even more interesting was his response.
An email pissing contest followed but I guess that goes without saying.
