I filed a final value credit with ebay last week, it went ok never heard from the buyer until tonight, they still want the item, and plans to pay with paypal, my question is if I have done recieved my credit back from ebay is there any way I can go back and and left the no payment alert?

You can still sell it, but if you want to be honest, contact ebay and tell them the sale was finalized and to take their cut. Im sure they will correct the FVF on the record of the bidder in question.
