. . . and a lot of other things. If you're not getting TAG Notes (The Auction Guild newsletter), you might want to consider it. I haven't been getting it very long, but they have extensive information about specific ebay outages and problems, and times, for starters. That gives you great ammunition for claiming your fee refunds.
Today's issue had this interesting tidbit (not the first of this kind of info, either):
ebaY has once again attacked TAG in an attempt to suspend TAG from ebaY, because TAG tells users what is really going on at ebaY. This time theauctionguild ID had a post removed and was warned for posting information about ebaY on the DNF board for allegedly advertising or soliciting business on an ebaY chat board, despite the fact that the post had no URL, no link, did not refer to a web site or to TAGnotes and contained no email address. This is another attempt by ebaY to intimidate and silence TAG, and to prevent ebaY users and stockholders from knowing the truth about ebaY's outages.
This is an organization that deserves our support, IMO. You can subscribe by writing [email protected]

TAG notes. Wouldn't dream of not getting them. At least they tell truth from fiction.
Can you bid on ebay right now? If not, read the notes. You might learn something.
