My account has been restricted since 9/22, and I can't find out why. I was wondering how many others are in
the same perdicament?
What should we do and who can we complain to? I was sent an inquiry by an attorney who wants to start a
class action suit against Pay Pal. Pay Pal says they are investigating credit card fraud, I don't use a credit
card. I have $698.00 in my account and can't withdraw, send(including refunds or pay requests), or request
money. I upgraded to a Premire Verified Account, and now they take fees out of the buyers proceeds. I am a Power Seller on Ebay with over 1000 positive feedback. I stopped putting Pay Pal logos in my auctions.
Another thing, I wait 5-7 business days for a personal check to clear before I ship, Should I wait till the Pay Pal clears before I ship? My son's account was also restricted, he raised so much hell with Pay Pal that his
account is now "LOCKED", he has over $1000 in his account. Are my son and I of a very few, or is Pay Pal's restriction larger than most of us think? They make their money on the "float" and I know of $1700 that they are "floating" indefineately!
