I went to relist an item that had expired a month and a half ago only to find that there was no longer any text in the listing other than the title.
All my photo links and everything else in the listing box is now gone. I've got to reconstruct it all.
EBay had been keeping these listings for 2-3 months. When did they start deleting early?

Missing descriptions on older auctions is a temporary glitch. Check the eBay
Announcements Board regarding this problem.
Even though you can only do a search for your old auctions up to 30 days, you can view your old auctions by typing in the auction number for up to 90 days at least...

ExecutiveGirl,
Thanks! I didn't think anyone actually wrote down all those numbers to save, but it may be a good idea. I've been known to miss the relist by one day - very frustrating

Actually, I don't write any of them down. I always have several auctions ending every day - so when my auctions have ended for the day, I just highlight those auctions and "print selection" and print them and save those pages. As I relist them I cross them off the page. When they are all relisted I throw the pages out.
