I have a question for all you sellers who use an internet service for postage.

How does it handle insurance? I've talked with Pitney Bowes, but at the time they had no way of doing anything with insurance. They told me I still had to go to the post office for the postal stamp on the insurance ticket.

If I still have to do that, why should I use them then? I must be missing something here, anyone care to enlighten me?

Thanx
Angela

No more lines to stand in (well, except for international packages)
