I mailed a package a few days ago. When I checked on delivery confirmation this is what came up." Item was processed at Dallas TX distrubtion center at 11:47 pm on Nov 28 while enroute to it's delivery destianation."
Does it mean that the person this package was intened for has recieved it? Or they scanned it again in Texas and it is still enroute to where it is supposed to go?

Ok, thanks for the email. Obviously I found the new post. LOL
This is just a stopping point for your package. It in no way means the package has been delivered. It just means it is still on the way.
I do want to point out a problem I have had with Priority Mail and the reason I switched to Insured USPS First Class instead. I had shipped over a thousand packages PM with success. Then suddenly I started having customers claim they hadn't received the package, although the postal website claimed it had been delivered. Further investigation told me that the carrier is the one that notes when the package is delivered. Now, I would ordinarily (and did at first) trust the PO over the customer. However, then it happened with a customer I had dealt with successfully a couple of times before. I realized that there is no way to prove whether the carrier took the package or not. There is no recourse when something like this happens. So now I'm out the item and the refund, not to mention fees. Now I use the insurance from the post office. It saves the customers about $.55 per item on the things I ship. It also insures that the post office will handle the items responsibly as they will have to pay for it if they don't. I have NEVER had a problem with insured mail. NEVER had to make a claim.
I know this is more information than you wanted. I just hate to see anyone lose out the way I did. That repeat customer's item was expensive. I hope you have better luck than I did.
