Do any of you have Auction Watch notify your bidders at the end of auction? Do they go out right as the auction ends? Also and my main question is: I would really like to use these services but in the examples I see where they show the letter and you can use. the defaults I can use with the % at the begingin and % at the end. The one for the end of auction amount. All of my shipping amounts are different how do I notify the buyer of the totall plus my shipping amount? Is this on my auction manager pro somewhere?and also how can I get an example of what this email would look like to my prospective winning bidders? Can anyone email me a copy of what one looks like? Please help. Mom of 5 needs all the time saving tips she can get!

I use the AW EOA emails and they cut down on my time typing a lot. The emails go out 5-15 minutes after the auction. You can edit the email that goes out to tell the buyer to reference the item description on eBay for the shipping total. That's the only way I've found around that one. I believe you can go to the checklist for an auction that has already ended and click on 'preview' for the EOA email and it will show you what it looks like. Hope this helps, and if anyone has any good ideas for how to get around the shipping problem, let me know 'cuz I have the same problem...
