Got my Account INVOICE today. The amount was $225. A bit high, but I know i've done a bit more selling this month than usual, but I thought I'd better check to make sure. Too my shock & dismay I found that I was charged $19.95 Gallery FEATURED fee on 4 items, which I had never even meant to put in the gallery. One of which had been ended early by accident and re-listed minutes later. I went to check my Listing software at Auctionwatch sure enough, the GALLERY selection was NOT even selected on any of these items. HELP, how do I get a refund from Ebay. This will effectively PUT ME OUT OF BUSINESS for the Month of December & I had 2 Playstation 2's I was going to purchase today & list. ANYBODY????
P.S. I am not a newbie, have been on Ebay for over 2 years with over 1000 Auctions. SIGH

Does anyone have an Input/Suggestions?? I e-mailed Ebay Support. I used AMpro to launch these auctions ($5-10) Items.. Sigh..

There were a couple of threads earlier this week about this. Someone accidently marked the feature $99.99 box. If you do a search at the bottom of the page you might be able to find those threads.

I don't know if eBay will quibble about crediting the amount back to you, since you did get the "benefit" of the gallery featured. But, it doesn't hurt to ask:

THIS is the auction I ended early, by my own error, had meant to end my SCOOBY DOO auction early, but copied down the wrong auction number (Up for a total of 41 minutes, NOT EVEN long enought to INDEXED into Ebay's Searches anyways..sigh)

This is the re-listed after 19 minutes of the same AUCTION.
I'm not sure if they were actually FEATURED in the GALLERY or not... I didn't intend for them to be & as far as I can tell neither did Auction Watch's software. I was charged for it though. (These were $5-10 items, I'd have to be nuts or a newbie to make this error) And i've been on Ebay for over 2 years w/ over 1000 auctions. SIGH...
