Hello, I have 2 different IDs with Ebay but I would like to cance/close one of them, please would you tell me where should I send my request? And what should I say in my leter?

Mother flowers? Hmmm.

I'd suggest filling out a customer support request here: http://pages.ebay.com/help/basics/select-support.html. Don't expect an immediate response, though.

Choose beforehand which account you'd like closed and ask them to unregister you.
