I bank at Citibank and while browsing their site, I notice they launched their online payment service. The way it works is similar to PayPal, as far as the mechanisms for sending and receiving money.
Only a small number of lustings mention it. But since it's something heavily promoted through AOL (keyword: quickcash), I'm wondering if there are any buyers using it.

I looked at it, but I noticed that the service charges the buyer a fee. That might make sellers happy (since they are the ones who normally get fee'd to death) but I doubt it will make buyers come running to use the service.
Also, Citibank has screwed up too many of my student loans for me to particularly trust them with more of my financial stuff.
