eastwest,

Be careful what you wish for.

The minute Canadian bashing occurs and it's bound to because you are asking for opinions and they won't all be favorable, this thread will be locked to.

All in all I find my Canadian bidders the same as my US bidders.

Some are great to work with and......
in the spirit of the holidays I will be nice and say some are "not so great. "

~Not barrelracer on ebay, don't pick on them!~

That's not right ...we are not talking about a person we are talking about ...how people act on ebay...any bashing means the person should be warned bot the thread locked

I like Canadians but I'm not too fond of Toronto.

I got lost there once in a big rig. Wound up at the airport terminal. OK, so it wasn't Toronto's fault. I take it back.

Canadians and Toronto are OK fine.

I think they're delicious, especially fried in olive oil and served on grilled french bread with a dusting of romano cheese.

Mind the bones.

RB, I deleted your post because of the words you used. Putting symbols in place of the actual letters doesn't make the word acceptable.

Personally, I really like Canadian Ebayers! Just because I'm Canadian doesn't mean I'm biased....

Isn't Peter Jennings from Canada? Sometimes when he says "about", (aboot), he reminds me of Canada.

You can't hear an accent on eBay.

Most of the Canadians I sold to forgot to respond to my email to send shipping address. So they probably didn't know the shipping would be more than the $3.20 for priority mail listed in TOS.

They did remember to send a note with the payment to make sure the $50.00 item be valued at under $10.00 on the Customs form. Reasuring me it is OK to do because everybody does it.

Of course being from Florida we have a saying. Happiness is 100,000 New Yorkers headed home with a Canadian under each arm.

I have been selling for two years and have had absolutely NO problems with any of the sales I made with Canadians. They have all been polite, prompt payers and excellent communications. They all email immediately to let me know that they are in Canada and will need to know what the postage will be. I LOVE working with them. Haven't had any of them deadbeat on me. Same with the buyers from Japan, no problems.

I think they are great. Of all my sales to Canada, only one buyer asked me to falsify the tax declaration, and she was very nice when I told her "no".

I've had no NPB's from Canada. But I've had TWO from Texas!! Should I start a thread "TEXAN ebayer's WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THEM??

I'm nobody's fool, if Canadians want to buy from me I take their money with a smile just like anyone else...
My Canadian buyers have all paid just fine, they have all asked about shipping cost before bidding. Personaly I hope to do a lot more business with Canadians.

Its a fact that there are more USA Crooks and scam artists on Ebay than Canucks.

I would buy off a Canuck before I would ever buy off a seller in my own country.

Canucks are great honest good natured people....

lowprofile ... that would be a result of the population difference. The point is, you can find good people and bad people in every country. That is MY problem with these idiot type threads that can go nowhere except down.

"idiot" referring to the topic, of course ... not the individual who started it

So it's offical ...it does not matter what country you are from , when you sell on ebay ...IT'S THE PERSON NOT THE COUNTRY that makes the ebayer...from the person who started the thread..ebay nick...canada-kicks-but
