I've bought two items with Buy It Now and hope to continue. It's as close as I can get to instant internet shopping gratification.

I have had great success with BIT for the holidays. I am concerned that they will charge for it in the future. Makes turn-around time very quick.Good for itmes you know fair value for and are willing to sell quickly. Meredith

I like it as a buyer! I currently have a bid on an auction that is for 10 days and it still has 3 days left and it is taking FOREVER! Wish they had used BIT!

I listed a batch of items last night, three have sold so far. One was up only 4 hrs. and 7 min. I did a search of completed auctions to see if I priced it too low and found mine was the highest.
It's working for me.

I am finally over my "insect-droppings in my book purchase" funk and purchased 4 items at the beginning of the week. All with BIN.
I received one item already this morning. No problems. Well, the only real problem was that I had to dust off my PayPal account. I still haven't gotten rid of it...and needed it for these. I figure these aren't huge purchases so if some fool causes a frozen account for my seller, it won't be a big deal for me.
Using BIN was really nice. I have had some problems with reacting to meds from an injury about 6 weeks ago and have only been going to the post office. BIN really helped add a couple extra items for Christmas. I
would rather use the auction format...but not in these cases. LabRat4

I have noticed a lot of sellers seem to think they're using buy it now (they include the words "buy it now" in their auction title) but there's no logo and when you click, it's not an option (even on auctions that haven't yet gotten a bid.) Any thoughts?

I love it. I just purchsed an item however went through the process by paying immediately but my problem is now that the seller hasn't contacted me. Emailed her a note asking what her shipping time frame is and two days later nothing. Keeping my fingers crossed.

As a seller, the BIN feature has been great over the holiday. It gives impulse buyers and opportunity to literalyy "Buy it Now". It also appeals to people, like myself, that are impatient and want immediate gratification. It's also a great way to kick the "sniper" on your block in the shin.
