When the buyer requests an invoice, there is an address in the request email. Is that address the CC billing address, or just any address they buyer puts in? Is it verified?

It appears to me it's the User Info that eBay has on file. When the Billpoint item is paid for,it's the name,address, phone # that's on the CC.
So to answer your question, no, the info in the "request a Billpoint invoice" email, would not be verified.
