I'm aware of the postal increases in store for first class and Priority mail. Does anyone know if International rates (particularly small packet air mail) or standard mail (4th class) will be going up too? Thanks in advance.
I just happened to go to Post Office today and remembered your question: International has not yet gone up, but is expected to soon....That's all I found out...

I don't know all the details of Special Standard Mail increases, but the name is changing to Media Mail, and for books the increase will go from 1.13 for one pound to 1.30, and then will go up in increments of .45 per pound. I believe Library Mail and Bound Printed Matter are going up also.
