I was wondering for the people that have merchant accounts who do you have them with and what are the internet rates? I have been looking around here and there and it seems they are not much more then billpoint, paypal etc. . . right now I am using Yahoo Paydirect and happy with it but for a few reasons one expanding sales I am thinking of getting a merchant account so I would like to hear from others thanks!
I have a merchant account. I am paying 2.29% + $.30 transaction fee (the percentage on amex and discover are a little higher). There is a $15 minimum transactions fee per month. They also transfer the money directly into my checking account in about 2 - 3 days time. I also accept MC/Visa, AMEX, and Dicover. There is also a virtual terminal you can access via the internet.

It is important to get a merchant account because you know how reliable paypal is. Billpoint charges you to deposit the money into your account.
