For the first time ever I just tried to contact customer support at Ebay & got that stupid "this functionality is currently unavailable" message. AAARRRGGGHHHH!!! I'm so frustrated!!
I have several listed items that aren't showing up on my "my ebay" page and also aren't showing up in "search by seller". At least one of the items is showing up in general search- it even has a bid on it! I don't know if the others are or not because when I tried to look for them my search brought up 10,000 or so results. What do I do to get everything to show up in my "my ebay" page properly? can this be accomplished without the "currently unavailable" customer support?

Bring up each auctions, click on Revise, and Save (you don't need to actually change anything). If the item has bids, use the Add to My Item's Description function (you do have to add something).
Two other options are to send an email to [email protected] or to add your userid to the thread that starts with "Bulk Listing Users ...." on eBay's Auction Listings message board.

That happens sometimes when you bulk list, a small percentage of the listings won't show up even with bids. I also list with Auctionw***s (sorry!), and they told me about that.
Sometimes I cannot make a change or add to the listing, I get a message with something like my server has changed or some bizzare thing.
In that case, email support@ebay and ask them reset your seller preferences. That's what I was told to do.

I didn't bulk load the auctions, but I think those were ones I posted through GoTo.com, so that is probably why? OK, I will email them to re-set my seller preferences. Thanks for the suggestion! I appreciate it!
