anais	posted on January 22, 2001 04:21:38 AM Collegepark, I back out of those auctions that have restocking fees. I also won't bid on auctions where they charge a fee for using paypal. I don't mind a small handling fee. So go figure, I must be crazy!!!! Those various other fees just turn me off.
