I listed an item for 9.99 with a BIN of 19.99. Well 2 days later it was sold with BIN, so I sent them the invoice via AW that day.

That night I sent an additional e-mail to him regarding insurance; it came back as undeliverable, mailbox full.

Well it's been two days and still no answer...So I write him a friendly reminder...comes back undeliverable, mailbox full.

Do you think my original invoice ever made it to them? I didn't get any e-mail saying it didn't.

The person has 32 FB all Positive with last posted being 12-30-00.

Any advice besides getting additional contact info from eBay?

I would imagine that the first email from AW did not make it to them either.

If I were in this situation, I would get their info from eBay and give them a call. I do not see anything here that would make me think "this buyer could be trouble".

Sell On!

You could go to ebay. And go to Search, then Find members, then get his Contact Info, here ebay will email you his personal information which should include his phone number. I would give him a call and what is going on with him.

I would think that the first email is sitting in the users mailbox unread...

There are a couple of possible explanations for a full mailbox. Either the user hasn't logged on for awhile and has a mailbox full of SPAM or the user has a couple of large emails containing jpeg files or something...

If the user hasn't checked his mail lately, it may or may not be for legitimate reasons. One possibility might be to write to the postmaster at the user's site ([email protected]). It would probably take a couple of days to get a response from the postmaster, however, assuming you get one at all...

There was another thread not too long ago where someone had a similar problem. I'm not sure how that ended up...

Unfortunately I can't remember the thread. Maybe someone else knows...

Ok...I just got this guy's info from eBay and tried to call him. Tried 4 times and each time kept coming back invalid phone number...NOW WHAT?

This person has no negatives and I'd hate to be the first, but I don't know what else to do.

Any suggestions?

well, if Email doesn't work and phone number doesn't work, NOTIFY EBAY and offer it to the second highest bidder.

I went back to eBay and looked up his past auction bidding history...He has won 5 auctions similar (Die Cast Models of a Single Car Brand) PLUS tickets to Daytona in the last week.

I e-mailed all of the sellers who's auctions he won, hoping that maybe they've heard from him and could help me out.

Again...I don't see what the problem could be because he has no bad FB. PUZZLED....

That's another bidder...He took it with BIN...no second bidder to offer it to!
