I am going to be putting up a bunch of baby clothes up for auction. I am considering using BIN on them but am a bit confused as how to price the items. Should I still start my opening bid at what I would like the item to sell for? or put my BIN price at what I would like to sell the item for? I have checked completed auctions and everyone uses different strategies: start- $1/ BIN $5, start -$5/ BIN $5, etc. Any other helpful tip's on how to price items would be appreciated.
Thanks,
confused isabellia

We set the minimum/opening bid at the minimum we are willing to accept for the item.

We set the BIN at what we consider to be a fair price for both us and the buyer.
