A friend of mine gave me a porcelain ballerina to sell. There is a mark on the bottom but I can't deciper it...maybe some expert out there can help. There are some gold letters on top and, in the middle, a large rather elaborate capital "D", and, under that, two more rows of some writing...the bottom row says, I'm fairly sure, "Germany". I know a photo would probably help a lot but don't want to take that step if the ballerina isn't worth putting on auction. I'm pretty sure it isn't "Dresden" as it doesn't look like the Dresden marks of other figurines on eBay. Can anyone help? Thanks bunches! Cheerio

I listed a porcelain ballerina from Germany a while back - I was hoping it would bring $5-$10 - it brought about $30. List it, it may surprise you.
