I just got a call from someone with buyer's remorse on a $1200 item. (He claimed at the end of the phone call he took a big hit in the stock market yesterday, hence the true reason for the return). Anyway, do I file a NPB now or should I wait until the item is returned to me? I've only had to do 1 of these in three years, so the procedure is somewhat foreign to me, thankfully.

You have to wait at least 7 days after the auction ends.

I told you I don't do these at all, thanx for the info - I'll just wait until I get it back, it's only been four days anyway. Thanx again for the quick info!
