I have a bidder who is trying to meet reserve on an auction and his emailed me several times in a panic that she can't get there. Says no matter what she bids it only advances by 1.00 if at all. What is she doing wrong? Thanks.

Thanks. I did tell her the reserve and now all is well. There were just a few minutes left or I wouldn't have taken your time, but she began to get me in a panic too. How dumb of me not to think of telling the reserve in the first place. (Please don't comment on that - it's an admission not a question - my feelings get hurt easily.) Really, thanks for your time.
