If you go to the ebay announcement board, the top announcement, posted at

is a notice to offsite developers about new code coming into effect on 2/26. A couple months ago or so, ebay started offering licenses to offsite tools and services companies. These licenses were for the purpose of giving them access to upcoming changes so their tools would be compatible with new site changes and their customers would enjoy seamless transition.

If you go to this link, which talks more about the upcoming changes, and scroll to the bottom, you'll notice that AuctionWatch is not among the listed companies with the license.

So it appears that if you are using AuctionWatch tools to list at ebay, on the 26th, AuctionWatch won't be ready for the change until after programmers have a chance to figure out a patch for the system, instead of getting it and having it in place in advance.

Or maybe I'm reading it wrong...

AuctionWatch... any comment/explaination?
