I was just browsing around eBay, looking at different seller Terms of Sale.
I came across one seller, 800+ Feedback, 5 Negs. His terms are set up with Bullets, 21 in all! A couple are in Red as well. He covers everything from where he buys stuff to the "As Is" option, no International Sales, waiting for PayPal to transfer the funds, emailing with questions etc.
His terms are 60 Lines in all. Have I been missing something with only one paragraph, 3 lines in all?

Not as far as I'm concerned - brief ones like yours I read, lengthy like those I move on. Even if I would and could comply...they are a turn off. Covering every eventuality seems like overkill.

Meya, I don't set any terms EXCEPT send me money I will send you what I ACCURATELY describe. You, the buyer will be ecstatic and I will probably not be happy with the sell price (due to slimely, lowlife, rip off competition who bring us all down). Those are the Ebay fundamentals right now. I sell antiques and believe me I can get more at auction now which is where I am GOING.
Sad state of affairs.
I used to be proud to be an ebay seller, time, techno savvy dealer...... no longer...I hang my head in shame and no longer admit to doing business on ebay. It is like being a heroin dealer or crack smoker, very embarrassing all around.

Meya~ I fogot to add that I state an EXACT price for delivery ANYWHERE in the US, world prices may be calculated differently.
An exact price...........I am screwed by lowlife's who charge 6 8 10 delivery etc.25 dollar delivery.
After a customer has been hosed like that? who wants to come back for repeat business?
Signing off, disgusted.
PS I was just charged $8 *postage* for an item whose meter strip read 3.90. When I get THAT refund someone is gonna have a sorry bum.
