I was $17.95 past due on my ebay account. I was able to pay them $25.00 and bring my account up to date. After paying them this amount, they sent me a past due notice indicating that I still owe them a prior balance. I checked my account balance and they still show a past due balance. About 2 days ago, I contacted them about this error. As of this date, I haven't heard from them on this matter. Has anybody had any similar experience with ebay and billing errors? Should I hold my breath and wait or re-contact them?
