I just signed up for billpoint and I have a concern. I don't see more auctions that accept paypal than billpoint. Has accepting billpoint hurt anyones sales after excluding paypal from your listings? I hope I am making sense with this question.
I used to accept paypal but after I saw all the complaints I have decided not to use it anymore and my concern is that some people might not buy if I don't offer that option. What is the opinion of other sellers/buyers?
Thanks!!

Hello Susanfromar
From my experience, I am noticing a rise in BillPoint sales. I accept both PayPal and BillPoint. What I am wondering lately is BP fees are sometimes hidden till the end. Notice that your per transaction fee may be $.35 per transaction. You don't find out till after the deposit that BP fees were more. It makes bookkeeping a drag as I have to retrace my footsteps to keep an accurate record.
Anyhow, I don't think by having BP, you're hurting your sales. By offering a quick cc processing is what consumers want!

I apologize for the confusion. By having a credit card processing (BillPoint, PayPal), it's widely acceptable amongst consumers. Therefore, by not having it could possibly lead to a non-sale.
