Now with ebay's latest update with contacting high bidders, I'm unable to email my high bidders through AuctionTrakker. It says "invalid password for user", then "Error getting seller's email address from ebay" (Seller's?????)

I'm not real happy since I just paid $80 for this program.

Yep, I use it. According to their website (in the forums section), they're working on a fix.

Thedewey is correct. Just like most other Ebay software programs currently available, they are also working to resolve the changes made by Ebay.

We'll all just have to hang tight for a few more hours.
