I followed another's advice after finding out how unreliable Honesty.com counters are now, and added counters through VRANE.
NOW I have banner ads on all of my auctions touting SNIPE TOOLS!!!! As a seller, I DO NOT WANT ANYONE USING A SNIPE TOOL. They are too unreliable and fool a potential high bidder into thinking his bid is covered and he doesn't need to hang around for the end of the auction!
SNIPING is fine, as long as a PERSON is waiting to do it.
Is there ANY way of removing these counters, short of ending my auctions early?????

You would have to revise the auctions, individually, and remove the HTML for the banners...which should show at the end of the listing field...But if you are not familiar with HTML, then forget it, or you might REALLY mess up your listings...

I am actually quite fluent in html myself, but unfortunately (I guess) all of the auctions have bids already---so I cannot revise them!

You don't have to worry about Vrane's sipe tool failing. I've used it countless times w/o it ever failing me, not even once.
