I just found out two of my auctions launched from AW are are total unviewable and I'm gonna lose the bids and the E-Bay fees.If they think I'm gonna pay for this crap...I DON'T THINK SO, I might have signed up,but I have had a quit change of mind I can't afford paying for nothing. I might have this in the wrong thread, but it also looks like I got my auctions posted on the wrong site too.

offer them more of a percentage of your final percentage if they will give you better image hosting.

MAH645,

If you just can't see the auction in your list, email [email protected] and ask them to reset your list.

If it is not that, if you explain in detail to the Customer Care Reps in the Services forum, they should be able to help you out.

Yup-I did that too, and this is the response ebay gave me:Hello,

Thank you for sending us an email regarding your seller list.

I have reset your seller list in My eBay. It should be listing all your
items (up to 300).

We have seen this problem occur most often when sellers use outside
services, such as auctionwatch, to list their items. If you are using
an outside service to list your items, this may be the root of the
problem. You may want contact the service you are using to find out if
they are working on this problem.

Thank you for being a member of the eBay trading community.

I contacted E-Bay and they reset it but it did't do any good.I am going to cancel the auction and run it from E-Bay. I will not make this mistake again.

whip22: The problem occurs when many auctions are submitted for the same seller at the exact same time. Users of the Auction Manager Pro bulk loading program may be able to avoid this problem by spacing-out the starting times of each listing. Instead of selecting the "Launch at next Upload" radio button on the eBay Site Information tab, try the Scheduling option. You may want to schedule each item to be 15 minutes apart; or, try scheduling small groups of items (2 or 3).

MAH645: If people using IE can view the listings but Netscape users can't, the problem is that your listing is missing a closing table tag. If there are no bids, click on Revise then type in </table> and save it. If there are bids, use the "Add to my item's description" function to add the word </table>.

This happened to me last week. One of the posters advised that I should go into the auction that is not showing up, through the edit an auction function. Even if you do not edit it, just go to the bottom and click to save it - it will then show up in your Seller list.
