I have a lady that bounced a check and has yet to make good on it. She currently has 2 neg's for non-payment and I am hoping that FVF fees were filed against her. My question is if I file FVF fees against her (she won 2 auctions from me) will she automatically become NARU'd as in programatically or does Ebay do this manually after a review?

It's best to bring it to someone's attention.
eMail the information to [email protected] or [email protected] and let the folks at eBay take a look at the account to see if there is a negative trend in trading behavior enough to warrant some kind of action.
