How do all of you manage to find time to leave feedback promptly? Do you find that your customers expect it left ASAP?

I consider myself a small time seller, maybe a half dozen or so transactions are paid on any given day. When payment comes in, my top priority is logging it in and packaging the items to mail same or next day.

I batch all my records for any given mail day together, and try to send email followup by the next day, then leave FB. But very often I get busy with listing and it doesn't get done.

I find I leave a lot of generic feedback, one flavor for mail payment and another for PayPal/PayDirect. I'm always surprised when other people leave me more detailed and specific feedback. Mine tend to be either "good", "very good" or "GREAT". [not those words, but that flavor].

I use the "Batch Feedback page" on eBay, or the leave feedback feature in eBud.

And I leave generic comments for the positives, and specific ones for the negatives.

Any time I send out an EOA notice I print a copy out and put it with the item. Once the item has shipped I circle the payment method (printed on the EOA notice) and write the date.

I then use these to leave feedback before I file them. I open Feedback Forum, type in the Item # and leave appropriate feedback. I have a WORD document with around 25 different feedback comments listed in a table. I select which one I want to use and do a quick copy/paste.

This allows me to keep right up with feedback and gives the winning bidder an indication that I have received payment and their item is on the way.

I just found the "Leave feedback- see all pending transactions at once" option on ebay ( I don't know were I've been lol) I find this saves me tons of time. I like not having to type each item number in and submit them all seperatly. I do that once a day and it only takes me a few minutes

I've been using the same option as you-see all pending transactions at once-but you still have to write a different message for each one.
I just discovered a new way at vrane.com-easy feedback (haven't used it yet). But, here you could leave one FB and it would take care of all of them. And, you only have to write it once.

If it worked for me it should work for you. I'm using an iopener and can't get to everything, but I do quite well. This place has all your info for ebay. It really surprised me.
